Loose 5kg in 5 days!

If you must loose 5kg in 5 days you must be disciplined. 
I did this and it worked like magic. If you follow this tips; I must warn you, after 5days you might feel sick. That is because you have been off carbohydrates, which gives energy.

1. Eat only protein, No Carbs.
Beef, Chicken, Fish, Eggs (preferably Boiled Eggs), Beans.

2.  Don't eat anything after 5pm every evening. 
The trick is not the time of the evening, the trick is to know how long it takes for your meal to digest.
For an average person, it takes 3 - 4 hours for food to digest. So always take your last meal of the day 4 hours before bed, that way your last meal will digest before you sleep.
Undigested meal causes protruding belly, and disfigures your body at the long run.

3. Take Fruits.
Whenever you feel peckish during the day; take fruits. Cleansing fruits like pineapple, water-melon, orange etc. Let this be your snack.
Other fruits like paw-paw, cumcumber, banana can be very filling; so you might need to avoid them for now.

4. Eat Vegetables.
Take lots of vegetables.

5. Stop sitting in one place for more than 3hours.
Take a walk every hour or climb the stairs. If you must go to a 5-floor building, take the stairs instead of the elevator. It helps and can suffice for your body activity for a day.

6. No Pastries.
Take fruits as snack. (Back to 3. above)
