A health freak is someone who is extremely serious or obsessed with health. Someone who is very concerned about eating healthy, exercising, taking vitamins, and living well.
Call me a freak, but once you're no longer a teenager(i.e. above 19), you should watch what you eat, when you eat and how you eat what eat.
Whatever you eat now will show up when you are old; either has diabetes, cancer, tumor or healthy life, normal blood pressure, strong etc such as the case may be.
Anytime you eat junk....you should get worried and change. Feed voraciously on Fruits, Vegetables, Protein, a bit of Carbohydrates.
Regular exercise doesn't have to cost you your whole life savings, a walk down the street is good for you.
Change your health! Change your life!!

- Fruits and vegetables are life-savers
- Check your blood-pressure yourself(most pharmacy shops do this for free)
- Take a 15minutes walk daily, if you can
- Drink 8 glasses of water daily
- Take a dance class
- Pray often

- Watch comedy or anything that makes you laugh often(laughter is a good medicine for the soul)
